Fee Schedule for The Second 9 Months
All consultations include follow-up phone calls, reports to physicians and insurance reimbursement forms.
Many of my clients require only 1 visit to help them overcome a simple breastfeeding problem. More complicated situations (or a need for confidence building!) often require 2 or more visits. I have provided consultation packages which can be purchased at the time of the initial visit that are more economical than purchasing additional follow-up time.
I can't tell you how many times a parent has asked, "Will I be able to do this when you leave?" Please see the "expanded consultation" option that addresses that request for additional guided practice the same day.
Lactation Consultation (1 - 1.5 hours)
Home Visit: $165.00
(Most locations in Seattle)
Additional charges may apply for multiples or travel outside of Seattle.
Follow-up Home Visit: $125.00
"Office" Visit (my home in Seattle): $125.00
Phone Consultation with established clients: $60.00/hour
Phone Consultation with new clients: $75.00/hour
Consultation Packages
Initial consultation plus 2 follow-ups: $355.00 (You save $60.00)
Follow-ups must be used within 3 weeks of initial appointment
Initial consultation plus 1 follow-up: $265.00 (You save $25.00)
Follow-ups must be used within 2 weeks of initial appointment.
Expanded Consultation: $245.00
A 3 to 4-hour visit which includes 2 feedings and doula care in-between. This must be scheduled before the appointment.
Other combinations available upon request.

One couple: $125.00
Two or more couples: $75.00 each
About 2 hours. Includes handouts and video clips.
Returning to Work Preparation
Create a customized plan for re-entering the work force while breastfeeding and mothering.

Sleep Consultation
Assistance designing a sleep routine that fits the unique needs of your family.
Home Visit:$165.00

Postpartum Doula
Hourly rate: $30.00
Overnight rate: $35.00/hr
"Overnight" refers to an 8-hour block - usually 10pm to 6am
